Quotes & Estimates

Prices shown on this website — including instant online estimates — are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before your service is scheduled and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work (property size, condition, add-ons, etc.) differs from what was described when the estimate was generated.

Scheduling

Submitting a quote request or booking does not guarantee a specific date or time until confirmed by a Primax Group LLC team member. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service so we can adjust crew scheduling. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Access to the Property

You're responsible for providing our crew with reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time, and for disclosing any conditions (pets, alarm systems, fragile items, hazards, etc.) that our crew should be aware of in advance.

Satisfaction & Service Issues

If any area of a completed service doesn't meet the agreed scope, contact us promptly so we can make it right. We stand behind the quality of our work.

Limitation of Liability

Primax Group LLC maintains general liability insurance for our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

By submitting a quote or contact form with your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time confirmation text message and related messages from Primax Group LLC about that specific request.
